Packing

A full packing service is available upon request, which by prior arrangement will be included in our quotation. If you prefer to self pack, we can supply any packing materials required (boxes, paper & tape) which will be made available for your collection. The Dixon Line are happy to advise, for example, if you want to pack yourself then please do not over fill boxes as this will prevent sealing and stacking. Also do not make the boxes too heavy for one man to lift, a good rule is half fill a box and put lighter items over the top.

Unpacking

We will re assemble items that we disassembled, in the location required. Our professional approach to packing will allow you to unpack in your own time. For example, you may be waiting for a new kitchen, or other furniture to be delivered. The Dixon Line will only undertake unpacking with a prior agreement. In such circumstances, unpacking will only be to flat surfaces.
